China cautions the U.S. against deploying fighter jets piloted by Artificial Intelligence.

Antipolo Magazine 2020 On January 30, 2019, Roger Tanner and Bill Gray piloted the Variable Stability In-Flight Simulator Test Aircraft (VISTA) from Hill Air Force Base, Utah, to Edwards Air Force Base following modifications and a new paint scheme. Recently, U.S. Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall flew aboard an experimental F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter jet equipped with artificial intelligence. KASO NG MGA LGU SANGKOT SA ANOMALYA NG SAP, INIIMBISTIGAHAN NA

Sinimulan na ng Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) ang pag-iimbestiga sa 183 kaso ng mga local government unit (LGU) na sangkot sa anomalya sa distribusyon ng ayuda mula sa Social Amelioration Program (SAP), ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque.



Sambit ni Roque, ito ay alinsunod sa utos ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa mga awtoridad na bigyang pansin ang mga lokal na opisyal na hindi sumusunod sa patakaran ng pamamahagi ng ayuda mula sa SAP.



Sinabi rin ni Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rolando Bautista na mananagot din sa DILG ang mga LGU na hindi nakatapos ng pamamahagi ng SAP subsidy sa itinakdang deadline.



Base sa report ng DSWD, sa 1,632 baranggay,  1,035 na ang nakatapos sa first tranche ng SAP. Sa updated data naman ng DILG, 1,265 na ang nakakumpleto sa distribusyon ng ayuda.



Dagdag ni Bautista, sa mga LGU na nakatapos na ng first tranche ng SAP, 140 lang ang nagsumite ng mandatory liquidation report at listahan ng mga benepisyaryo.

Sa pangkalahatan, ang mga rate ng pag-andar sa pagbasa at pagsulat sa gitna ng populasyon na 10 hanggang 64 taong gulang sa lahat ng mga kasarian at mga pangkat ng edad ay mas mataas sa 2019 kaysa noong 2013.
