Ipinahayag ang impormasyong ito ni Colonel Medel Aguilar, tagapagsalita ng Sandatahang Lakas ng Pilipinas (AFP), sa isang press conference na ginanap sa Lungsod ng Quezon noong Lunes kasama ang Kagawaran ng Ugnayang Panlabas. Kaniya ring ipinaabot sa mga reporter na wala nang kailangang detalye, ngunit sa halip, ang pangunahing layunin ay tiyakin ang lahat na ang mga pagsusumikap na ito ay para lamang sa pagmamantini ng sasakyang pandagat. Tinukoy ni Aguilar na ang mga materyales ay pangunahing para sa pagmamantini at pag-aayos ng pasilidad at sasakyang pandagat. DSWD 7 Releases list of SAP beneficiaries with unclaimed ES for payout

DSWD Field Office 7 conduct payout for those SAP beneficiaries, who were not able to Claim their emergency subsidy during their schedule pay-out in their respective areas.


The Department of Social Welfare and Development in the region has published the list of beneficiaries with unclaimed subsidy from the Social Amelioration Program for payout.


The beneficiaries were part of the list endorsed with certificate of eligibility by the local Goverment Units that were no-show during the payouts of SAP second tranche and Waitlisted in Central Visayas.


Assistant Regional Director for Operation Shalaine Marie Lucero noted that Sec. Rolando Bautista instructed that names and address of the Beneficiaries, with unclaimed subsidies should be published in the social media accounts of the field Offices and local Goverment unit advisory platforms.


We are posting their names and address so that these people would know that they are among those who wernt able to claim. This is also to minimize grievances, said Lucero.


Lucero also added the once beneficiaries see their names, they should immediately go and inform their Brgy. Where they belong or listed so that the Brgy. Will coordinate with DSWD for appropriate actions such as for payroll and realeasing of subsidy.


For those relatives, we encourage them to inform there relatives and Brgy. If they see the names of their relatives on the list. In case of death and transfer residence, notify the Brgy. Where they originally came from so they will take the necessary actions or they may coordinate with DSWD Field Office, added Lucero.


Beneficiaries, on the list are encourage to claim their emergency subsidy at the DSWD Field Office 7 if they are near in Cebu City on or before December 18 2020. Beneficiaries far from Cebu City may Call (032) 233-0261 and 09177030967 to get instructions.


To Claim the emergency subsidy of SAP Beneficiaries are required to bring their SAC form Valid ID or Barangay certification with photocopies, and authorization letter for the substitute family member indicating the valid reason for the unavailability of the head of the household..

DSWD Extends SLP Cash aid to Sari-sari stores and Micro rice retailers.

DSWD SECRETARY: Rex Gatchalian   The Department of Social Welfare and Development ( DSWD ) is actively disbursing cash aid to sari-sari store owners and micro rice retailers as part of their commitment to support businesses affected by the rice price ceiling implemented nationwide. This initiative is in direct response to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s directive to DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, urging assistance for small business owners grappling with losses due to the implementation of Executive Order No. 39 in 2023. The distribution of cash assistance is concurrently taking place in the Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region ( CAR ), and MIMAROPA Region. Over 800 small-scale business owners involved in rice trading and selling are benefiting from the Sustainable Livelihood Program ( SLP )-cash aid. Within the CAR, 116 rice retailers and sari-sari store owners from various provinces are expected to receive SLP-cash assistance. Additionally, in Marinduque,
