Antipolo Magazine 2020 Weather Advisory: LPA Outside PAR as of July 8, 2025 – Low Chance of Cyclone Formation As of 8:00 PM, July 8, 2025, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) continues to monitor a Low Pressure Area (LPA 07b) located outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). 🔍 Current Status: • Location: Outside PAR (exact coordinates not yet within monitoring zone) • Development: As of this update, it has a LOW chance of developing into a tropical cyclone in the next 48 hours. 🌦️ While this weather disturbance poses no immediate threat to the country, residents—especially in eastern parts of the Philippines—are still encouraged to stay updated, as weather conditions can change rapidly. 📢 Reminder :  Always refer to official updates from DOST-PAGASA for accurate and timely weather information. Ano ang Depression?


Hindi lang ito basta kalungkutan. Ang depression ay isang seryosong kondisyon kung saan nakakaramdam ang isang tao ng matinding lungkot, kawalang gana, at minsan, nawawalan na ng pag-asa sa buhay. Hindi ito simpleng "drama" o "arte lang" — tunay itong nararanasan ng maraming tao, kahit sino pa sila.



Mga Palatandaan ng Depression


✔ Palaging malungkot o pagod kahit walang ginagawa
✔ Kawalan ng gana sa mga dating kinatutuwaan
✔ Hirap makatulog o sobra ang tulog
✔ Mababang self-esteem
✔ Nawawalan ng gana kumain o sobra naman
✔ Iniisip ang mga negatibong bagay o minsan, ang wakasan ang sarili

Paano Ito Harapin?


1. Aminin Mo Muna
First step? Aminin mo sa sarili mo na may pinagdadaanan ka. Hindi ito kahinaan — isa itong hakbang patungo sa kagalingan.


2. Maghanap ng Makakausap
Kung hindi mo kaya sabihin sa pamilya, pwede kang magsimula sa kaibigan o counselor. Mahalaga ang may nakikinig sa'yo.


3. Gumalaw at Kumilos Exercise kahit konti lang. 15 minutes na lakad sa labas, may malaking epekto na ito sa mood mo


4. Iwasan ang Negativity
Limitahan ang social media kung nakakapag-trigger ito ng comparison o stress. Surround yourself with positivity.


5. Subukan ang Journaling
Isulat ang nararamdaman mo. Kahit sa simpleng notebook, makakagaan ito ng pakiramdam.


6. Kumain ng Tama at Matulog ng Ayos
Ang mental health ay konektado rin sa physical health. Iwasan ang junk food at puyat.


7. Mag-seek ng Professional HelWalang masama sa paghingi ng tulong mula sa psychologist o psychiatrist. Gaya ng pisikal na sakit, may mga gamot o therapy rin para dito.

Ang depression ay hindi dapat ikahiya. Isa itong bahagi ng buhay na kaya nating lampasan, lalo na kung may suporta mula sa mga tao sa paligid natin — at higit sa lahat, kung pipiliin nating tulungan ang sarili natin.

Aus-PHL Joint Air Exercise 2023

Antipolo Magazine 2020 Australian Royal Navy in West Philippine Sea Australia and the Philippines recently held their inaugural large-scale joint aerial assault training exercise in the disputed South China Sea on August 21.
